One of My Small Projects Required fetch mail <\/a> to pull mails on linux system.<\/p>\n

1. Need to download mail from remote server using fetchmail on linux<\/p>\n

2.fetchmail will be added to crontab and scheduled to pull mail for every 2 minutes<\/p>\n

3.each mail will be downloaded to a seperate text file<\/p>\n

while configuring fetech mail with\u00a0mda “\/usr\/bin\/procmail -d %T” \u00a0getting syntax error \u00a0 and i tried with \u00a0single \u00a0quotes ‘ \u00a0and without quotes too .<\/p>\n

\/usr\/bin\/fetchmail –daemon 0 -v -f \/etc\/fetchmailrc
\nfetchmail: WARNING: Running as root is discouraged.
\nfetchmail:\/etc\/fetchmailrc:13: syntax error at mda<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Though it \u00a0is not the solution for this problem , \u00a0i called fetch mail in crontab this way<\/p>\n
